Summary
Nucleic acid transfection reagents are used to transfect exogenous nucleic acids (such as DNA, RNA, etc.) into target cells in vitro cell culture experiments. Nucleic acid transfection reagents can be used for experiments such as gene overexpression or gene silencing, helping researchers study the function and regulatory mechanisms of target genes. By transfecting exogenous DNA or RNA, gene expression or inhibition can be achieved, thereby studying its role in cell biology, biochemistry, and pathophysiology.
