DMD epoxy prepreg material is made of polyester film and polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material (F-grade DMD) impregnated with heat-resistant modified epoxy resin and baked. The coated epoxy resin contains active groups such as epoxy groups and amine groups. It solidifies quickly at medium and high temperatures and is firmly bonded to the copper foil. During drying and curing, no low-molecular volatiles are produced, resulting in minimal shrinkage. Insulated construction.
