OSAT, the full name is Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing, literally means "outsourced semiconductor (product) packaging and testing", which is the industrial chain link of IC product packaging and testing for some Foundry companies. The links and equipment involved are wafer inspection links: (CP, Circuiq Probing) wafer inspection refers to the use of probe stations and testers in conjunction with wafer inspection before packaging after the wafer is completed. The bare chip is tested for function and electrical parameters. Final Test (FT, Final Test): After the chip is packaged, the sorting machine and the testing machine are used together to test the functions and electrical parameters of the packaged chip
